Tom helped my boyfriend and I purchase our home earlier this year and he was an incredible partner to have. As first time home buyers, there were a lot things we didn’t know and plenty of rookie mistakes we could have made, but he took the time to make sure we were fully educated throughout every step of the process and we were able to make informed decisions.

Tom is a godsend. Incredibly responsive, informed, thorough, and empathetic. I'm an attorney, so I appreciated that Tom has gone to the extra trouble of getting a law license AND a real estate license, which is incredibly rare when most agents from big brokerages are only required to have a high school diploma. Tom had great insight into how to price and prepare my home for sale. He has deep knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley markets. I cannot say enough good things about him - do yourself a favor and work with him!

We can't thank Tom enough for all his hard work in helping us find and purchase the right home. Tom's professionalism and experience in real estate was incredibly valuable to my husband and I who are not familiar with the home buying process. He is very reliable, responsive (always available for us), detail oriented and transparent from start to finish. Tom is also an attorney, which is a huge differentiator – he explained lengthy and complex documents very thoroughly, ensuring we understood everything we signed and/or committed to and offering recommendations along the way.
He was available anytime, even on short notice, for open houses, property inspections etc. and always came prepared with research about comparable homes, property history and the neighborhood. Tom made everything so smooth and easy for us and we feel very fortunate having benefited from his expertise. 5 stars all around!!

Tom Safa was professional and wise. He went many extra miles including locating a key in an unused storage unit and setting up someone to replace the leaking water heater. I would unhesitatingly use him again as both a real estate lawyer or as an agent. He is a gem.

We couldn't recommend Tom more if you're looking to buy a home. He was extremely responsive and proactive and helped us understanding everything, and was enjoyable to talk to through the whole process. He did a lot behind the scenes to make things move smoothly and helped us get an offer accepted early in our search. He even was happy to help with things that came up after we moved in.

I worked with Tom during my first time home buying experience. I couldn't be happier to have him in my corner during this process. The number of houses he saw with us is almost uncountable and he was always patient, provided the right type of motivation, and had sound advice along each step of the way. His real estate knowledge comes from first hand experience so if there is a road block, he has likely seen it, and knows the rights steps to get past it.I look forward to working with Tom again the next time I am in the market.
