Tom works primarily as a real estate buyer’s agent. For over 20 years, Tom has been involved with real estate, helping to manage hundreds of properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley, both commercial and residential. During this time, he has earned a graduate business degree focusing on management and a law degree focusing on real estate and contract law. Not long after starting a real estate law practice, Tom began investing locally in rental properties. As a practicing real estate lawyer, Tom has gained experience with evictions, both on the landlord and tenant side, consulted real estate investors on their specific rental property needs, and honed his skills on California’s complex residential lease agreement requirements. He’s spent hundreds of hours researching and advising on issues relating to rental properties in California.

His ongoing experience as a lawyer and real estate investor provides valuable insight into real estate transactions. This prompted the formation of Safa Real Estate, where Tom works primarily with real estate buyers. Having worked for many years listing properties for sale, Tom understands both sides of the transaction and has developed valuable relationships with various service providers in his markets.

He is also an active member of the real estate community and several local and state-wide associations, continuously updating his knowledge of the real estate market.
